Two weeks ago I was having a nice conversation with God and asking some questions, like “why sometimes is so hard to do what we are called for”.

⁃ My question came because I myself can say about times when I doubt if was my head or God asking me that. Also, other times I thought I wasn’t enough to that assignment (we can laugh about it)! In the same way, I can see people that have the same difficulties sometimes, for different reasons, one of them is for the wrong believe that lost authority or anointing for a given situation.

Well, about my question God didn’t really answer why, but He did gave me a nice overview that encouraged me to keep going to His direction and to pay the price even when appear to be very hard.

Obedience in love is what Jesus walked in to saves us and disobedience was the choice made in the very first sin, the thing that put humanity far from God. Yes, it wasn’t a murder or a sexual sin, or something that in our minds is super miserable and terrible sin. It was an apparently simple and not so “important” disobedience. Actually it was a huge decision to don’t believe in what God had said.

God had commanded them to don’t eat the fruit of the tree of knowledge of good and evil, for they will die. As you know, they let the devil convinced them that they will not die. The devil convinced then that God was a liar? That what God said will not really happens?

Here is the thing… in the lines about the first sin in the world God is giving us a powerful key: Keep my words and you will be what I said you will be. Keep my directions and you will live what I said you will.

It hit me in the middle of my face. Probably I already heard some preaching about it in my life, but it was the revelation of it that make so many sense now.

It means my friends, that every time I don’t believe in what God said to me, all the times I felt ”not enough” and choose to don’t follow His instructions, I was letting the evil convince me that God wasn’t really saying the truth.

The key we need to keep is also that the evil is a professional liar, so good in his joob that he can convince us that we are a mess, that we are wrong, that we are not really listening God or that we are and will not be enough.

I want to encourage you and empower you to get this key and believe in God! Believe in what He is calling you to be.

If you read my last post, about my journey in do not doubt my faith in God, you know where I’m at so I’m not saying this just because appear to be nice or cool, I’m saying this from my heart, even though it demands us to change our mindset and finally understand we are created by God, we can’t be just a thing, we are amazing! We are powerful and it is not just something from our ”minds”, this is the truth.
