In the beginning of our History, when the Portuguese discovered the land of our country, they called us “Ilha/Terra de Vera Cruz” it means “Island/earth of the True Cross”. In our Brazilian meeting this weekend, we had a time of freedom and grace where we could pray and through prophetic acts prophecy for our country.
We believe that we are a land of God and that’s our identity, we declare that our people will discover the paternity of God and will be know by the justice of his kingdom. We also had a moment to declare the beauties from Brazil, we turned our human eyes to the amazing things God sees in our people and we found so many treasures! Joy, passion, a heart for justice, compassion, generosity, family and connection, perseverance, abundance of resources and food, loved people, simplicity, courage, intensity, creativity, hope and the gift for speak. Our people is full of those amazing gifts and our land is covered by treasures from the heart of God.
In a precious moment, we discerned to have a prophetic act where one of us asked forgiveness for the Brazilian Indians, represented for our friends that are descendants. It was fulfilled for one of the girls that had Brazilian and Portuguese citizenship, asking us for all the riches that were stolen, by what was usurped and by the enslavement of our Indians. So powerful, so redemptive! We know this will overcome in justice in our country!
Well of course, this encounter was in the best Brazilian way to be, during a real barbecue (churrasco for us). After the prayer, we also had a very funny moment to sing old worship music from our country and dance full of joy for our Lord is Good and Faithful, we trust him with all our hearts.
We had the amazing opportunity to have the worship leader Luma Elpídio with us, she carry so much happiness and heaven in her heart that our bodies were full of love during all the day!
We invite you to pray with us and declare the heart of the Father for Brazil!
Brazil shall be saved!!!
